From harem pants to fingerless gloves, fashion trends got risky in 2009. And though some things, like tie-dyed jeans were better left in the ’80s, not all trends were bad. Who didn’t buy fringed sandals after Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel and Jennifer Love Hewitt stepped out in the same pair by Gerard Darel? We sure did! In fact, we are hoping many of 2009’s biggest trends make the cut in 2010 — including Miley’s lace tights, Kate Hudson’s suiting dress and Penelope Cruz’s thigh-high boots.
